What do you do when you need to prepare for "later life" but you need a TO DATE: $ 0.0 big house to accommodate your sewing life?
Wait what? We are purchasing a church in Arkansaw, WI. 6000+ Square feet. I'm not ready to live without everything-- but I think we can all agree there is some downsizing I should do. These can be found on Facebook marketplace. My goal 10 things a week. Consider the proceeds as going to a "bell fund." A little extra to pay for the renovations. Some are of value-- others I just can't for whatever reason drop off at Goodwill.
And before I field a million questions, after the house is on market, and sold, we will be maintaining a small apartment here in the Twin Cities. I will still be actively participating in my art world, Bill going to his soccer games--and most important, we don't expect everyone to drive an hour to WI and our friends are important to us.
